Membership and introductions
TFHN Link is a private capacity network. Practices pay for access to the network and its introduction process, not for a placement and never as a percentage of a provider's compensation.
Founding practice membership
$5 CAD, one time
This paid beta is helping TFHN build a credible provider network and prove the matching service. It does not renew automatically. Any future monthly or annual subscription will require a new price disclosure and your separate consent.
What membership provides
- A private practice or provider profile built around capacity, availability, and fit.
- Access to compatible profiles and an opt-in emergency availability pool.
- Suggested connections based on both parties' questionnaires.
- TFHN review before an introduction or contact details are released.
- Temporary coverage, recurring capacity, contract work, employment, mentorship, and succession pathways as each pathway becomes available.
What TFHN does not control
The practice and provider decide whether to proceed. They negotiate compensation, choose the legal form of their relationship, complete their own due diligence, and sign their own employment, contractor, mentorship, or transaction documents. TFHN is not the employer, payroll provider, clinical supervisor, or a party to those arrangements.
Contact and emergency access
Membership gives access to the network, not a downloadable contact list. Provider contact information is released only after consent and TFHN review. Emergency requests are sent to qualified providers who have opted into urgent notifications.
Member responsibility
Membership and introduction terms will include an acknowledgement that TFHN does not guarantee availability, suitability, credentials, performance, compensation, or the outcome of an introduction. The final release, limitation-of-liability, and indemnity language must be reviewed by TFHN's lawyer before it is used as a legal sign-off.
