TFHN Link uses the profile information members provide to suggest private professional introductions. Do not enter patient information.

Practice addresses and provider home-base postal codes are sent to Google Maps Platform to validate locations and estimate travel distance. TFHN stores the address or postal code entered by the member and a Google Place ID; Google map coordinates are not stored.

Contact TFHN to correct or remove your profile information. Google processes location queries under the Google Privacy Policy.
